2 Bedroom Apartment near Grafton's Waterfront

Positive: Spacious, covered space for motorcycles, quiet neighborhood. Everything worked. Negative: Cleaning was inadequate, a pile of hair behind the bathroom door, dishes put away dirty, but, the linen was clean. This is a roughly renovated old fibro home. It served our purpose perfectly, but it will need more TLC to measure up to industry standards.

Disaster. Stay clear of this place Positive: Absolutely nothing. We could not access the property as the key pad did not work. We rang the number given on the booking and were put on electronic hold for 10 minutes before being cut off. We rang again and on the third attempt we were able to leave a message. After nearly an hour standing outside the property we moved on and found alternate (and expensive) accommodation Negative: The inability to access it

We needed a place to stay at short notice while passing through and this one had everything we needed. Clean, safe, comf Positive: Clean, safe and easy to check in. Negative: Everything was fine.

A Must Positive: Absolutely love the place, we can't thank you enough for having such a wonderful property for our 2 year old Staffy. Negative: Underneath the house tad low for a 6 foot bloke.😁😁😁

Positive: Fully fenced yard for our 2 year old staffy was the winner for us. Negative: No discount for extended stay, $3000 for 12 days with no fresh towels/ milk/ cleaning of the apartment was pretty ordinary.
